01The Service

Mavenn provides a multi-model AI consensus engine that facilitates structured debates between multiple AI models, producing attributed consensus outputs with an audit trail.

The Service is currently in beta. It is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the Service may be interrupted without notice.

Regional availability. During beta, the Service is not offered in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and access from those regions is restricted. You agree not to circumvent regional access restrictions.

Beta access. Access during beta may require an invitation. Invite codes are personal, may carry promotional credits, are single-use unless stated otherwise, and may not be sold or transferred. We may modify or revoke beta access, invite codes, or promotional credits in cases of abuse.

02Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any API keys issued to you, and for all activity under your account or keys. Notify us immediately at support@mavenn.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

03Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Submit content that violates third-party rights or the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI providers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, probe or circumvent its security or rate limits, scrape it at scale, or overload our infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute Service access or outputs as a competing model-aggregation service without our written agreement.
• Use Service outputs as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions without independent professional verification.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the outputs you receive.

04AI Outputs — Important Disclaimers

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and synthesized by our orchestration. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or fabricated, even when models appear to agree. A consensus among models is a measurement of their agreement, not a guarantee of accuracy. Attribution shows which model contributed which point; it is not an endorsement by that model's vendor. You must evaluate outputs independently before relying on them.

05Credits and Access

Access to AI models through the Service is metered through account credits ("Credits"). Credits are consumed based on model usage, debate rounds, and configuration; a debate's final cost depends on actual token usage. Consumer and standard accounts do not supply their own AI provider API keys; model access is provided entirely through the Service.

• Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and — except where required by law or expressly stated — non-refundable.
• Promotional credits (e.g., from invite or promo codes) have no cash value, may expire, and may be revoked in cases of abuse.
• Incognito debates consume Credits like any other debate. Their content is automatically deleted after processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may adjust model availability and per-model pricing at any time; price changes apply prospectively.

Enterprise customers may contract separately for a dedicated deployment (self-hosted within their own AWS or Azure environment), in which case a separate enterprise agreement governs credentials, deployment, and support terms, and supersedes this Section 5 for that deployment.

06Developer API

API access is authenticated by API keys, which are shown once at creation and stored by us only as cryptographic hashes. You are responsible for securing your keys and for all usage under them. API usage is rate-limited; published limits and error semantics may evolve during beta. We may revoke keys involved in abuse. During beta, API access may be gated separately from the web application.

07Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the inputs (questions, prompts, documents) you submit.
• As between you and Mavenn, you own the outputs generated for you by the Service, subject to the terms and licenses of the underlying AI model providers, and you grant us the limited license needed to process, store, and display them to you as part of operating the Service.
• If you explicitly publish a debate through a Service feature, you grant us a license to host and display that published content publicly until you unpublish or delete it.
• Mavenn, its logos, and related branding are the intellectual property of JAMAEDGE Group LLC.

08Billing and Payments

• Pricing is available on the Site and may change from time to time, with notice for existing subscribers where required by law.
• You authorize us, via Stripe, to charge your payment method for subscriptions, credit purchases, and usage-based fees.
• We may suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice.

09Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (mavenn.ai/privacy) describes how we handle your data, including debate content, Incognito mode, deletion, and the restriction that prevents our staff from viewing private debates. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected abuse. You may cancel your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled after cancellation. Sections 4, 7, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

11Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUTS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAMAEDGE Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Service, the content you submit, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

14Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email, with the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
